Thanks for sharing the info with us. When i received ur email i make a call to mom and just brief the message that you enclosed in this thread. We used to change the cylinder tubes every 6 months in our hotel and home (every one year). My MOM always used to go with cheap and best materials just i request her again wherever they buy specially regulators and tubes strongly advised them to go to authorized dealer even it cost 200+ compare to ordinary tubes.
Actually she was surprised with that survey result (gas cylinder accident 2011 - 586 death's).
