Dear Meenu...
First of all I want to clear one thing that HR & Sales profile is completely differ.
If u have good experience in recruitment...you should to be start a recruitment & talent acquisition firm..
which will be give you more earning and more time to development for urself.
Or if u join HR than u required to give more 3-5 years of working...then u will get good remuneration.
Think before start.....your career your plan...

Dear Naresh,
Thank you for the prompt reply.
I have been thinking about this aspect as well, but as of now the market is slow and there are N number of consultancies in market. So would it be right to go in this field as of now.

Hi Meenu,
To start with you can approach an HR consultancy firm who requires an Internal HR Exec. As you know the industry, this will give you time to learn and implement the complete HR gamut. May you should ask your current firm to offer you an HR role.
That's my advise.
Good Luck!
