recruitment is basically the full procedure of hiring which involves

forecasting posts

forecasting internal recruitment

forecasting outside candidates

in forecasting posts we need to analyse the job and what type of a person is beneficial for the same where organisation analysis is also done to analyse the needs of the organisation and its culture.

internal recruitment ensures motivation of employees, a feeling of belonginess to the organisation, and more of output. but when there is no scope for internal recruitment we go in for

outside recruitment which is done by advertising vaccancies and walk ins or refferals.

after this recruitment procedure is finished and we have shortlisted the candidates from which we need to finally select the ones for hiring, now this procedure is selection.

now selection is done by various tests such as aptitude tests, technicals, video simulation, iq test, emotional stability test.

these choice of these tests depend upon the characters needed in an employee.after the selection tests the candidate scoring highest is selected as an employee.

so this is the full procedure
