Can you please let us know your back ground... Are you working in any corporate office or in any manufacturing plant or construction industry?
What is the purpose/aim you thought of making this newsletter and among whom all you will share this? Sharing group?
Cause making something which can be presentable everyday is a time taking activity. If you manage to do this, there should be some benefit out of this activity.
So come up with more inputs so that our forum members can help you in a good manner.

As being into the training department, you want to contribute into HSE dept. for making daily EHS new letter. First of all the point of making daily EHS Newsletter sounds something strange to me. If it's once in a month or quarter, then it sounds good... However as it is your internal company issues, you may go ahead..
Now to the point, being into the training department, you can provide the following information to your safety department:
1. Number of Training organized on EHS Topics
2. Some good photographs of the training
3. Training evaluational overall scores.
4. Best Trainer and Trainee based on the training evaluations (Pre & Post Test, Trainer Feedback)
I think this is something which a training department can contribute into an EHS Newsletter.
If you can share one of your newsletter with CiteHR EHS family, that will be much appreciable one...
