If they didn’t not get any response for the same, please advice , contact to local labour enforcement officer of labour department for the same .definitely your friend will get positive result.

Can u share the reason what the HR person of that company said to him whether u r friend had given a written complain to HR dept. or not that he is not getting his salary from last 3 months.

I think no one will keep mum when he is not getting the salary on the monthly salary day. that too for three months.
There should be reason for keeping hold on salary by management.
Please keep clarity in the matter

Hi Gayatri,
You could ask your friend to follow Mr. Vishal's, advice. What ever the reason, it is very bad when the organization don't pay the salary, that too for 3 mth. Please ask him to look for other job immediately , as the job market is good now and he will surely get good opening.

Dear Team,
In case of Gayatri friend if he is in worker category or supervisor category then only he can approach to local labour enforcement officer of labour department as per ID Act but if he is in executive category then he have to approach to Civil court not labour court.
