Non Food License / Gumasta

Hi, Can anyone please tell something about the non food license Or Gumasta. Is it compulsory in Delhi also? Regards Neha

Dear Neha ji,
Gumasta Licence means Shop & Establishment Licence. Delhi Shops & Establishment Act 1954 is applicable to you in Delhi and under this Act it is compulsory on your part to obtain Licence / registration.

I have applied for the shop and establishment certificate online. I have got the registration no bus haven't received the certificate yet. Do i have to apply somewhere else?
Is the non food license also the same?
