My coy has paid the PF amount due for 2010 and 2011, but has not filed any returns. is it possible to file these online now? since we have already paid, we do not want the challan generated, just upload the data. Any help??

Will like your guidance regarding PF/Graduity for employees in case of VRS
a) In case of company offering VRS to employees what are its obligations regarding PF
b) In case of Graduity does employee gets it for tenure worked before accepting VRS or he is entitled for the complete duration he would have otherwise worked
