The Factories Act is applicable all over India and each State have their own rules for implementation of the Factories Act. Attached is the State Rules of Haryana and these rules are called "The Punjab Factory Rules, 1952"
Please take help of these rules in case if you found any difficulty to understand the provision of the Factories Act as applicable to the State of Haryana.
