This is Nikhil Gadodia, currently pursuing my MMS/MBA in HR from Thakur Institute in Mumbai.
I'm a member of this forum from past many days, but was silent.
Now, as I have gained more knowledge, i would like to start sharing the same & gain more from you all too....

Thnxx to all for such a warm & hearty welcome to the forum....
I will surely share my experiences & also would learn from all the members in the forum...
Being caught in yahoo groups (members of some 37 groups) most of time I havent paid attention to any other forums or groups, I have heard off.
But I would now be involved in this forum also, as much as I can..
