I am doing a job in a limited co as a HR asstt. I just want to know. How to calculate manday. Thanks and regard Beena Yadav

for Example a worker can work for these mandays :
per year : 365 days
less weekly holidays : 52 days
less national & festival holidays : 10 days
( you can take actual as per rules)
less Leaves availed : 19 days :
Total 81 days
Mandays worked is : 365 -81 = 284 days
