my name is mahesh. I worked in cms 5 yrs. I resinge my job march 2012. I submit my p.f. Form in p.f. Thane office. But they relase cheque 3 oct-2012 at udaipur royal bank of scotland. But cheque returned due to some resason.
RESASON:- I USED CANCEL CHEQUE OF\"THE ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND\" BUT P.F. OFFICE RELEASE MY CHEQUE BY NAME OF\" THE ROYAL BANK OF INDIA\". After that they dispatch a iletter my home n told that plz fill re-essue form .i already submit my re-issue form with new cancel cheque , bank statement & letter copy . But fund not transfer till. P.f. Office told me they transfer my fund my new job. I want only withdrawal my p.f. Fund but they force me for frm no. 13.. Plz suggest.

- Have you filled the form 19 and 10C with a signature of your previous employer for the EPF withdrawal process?
- Why is your employer forcing you to fill form- 13 - Have you told them that you got a new job yet?
- If you're not getting deployed in other organization why will someone ask you to transfer your PF fund to a new PF account?
Take into consideration that every company is bound by statutory laws and NO employer has the right to stop or force the employee compelling to do which aint right. For that reason, step to the EPFO and check with the PF authorities for the need to fill the reissue form with the returned cheque to get the details suffice and adequate.

I filled re-issue form with new cancelled chque , bank statement and also attach letter copy. And submit my previous employeer office. They attested my re-issue form n submit P.F. Office thane. My previous employeer fully suport me. After submit my re-issue form till my fund not transfer in my account. then i call P.F. Department for my re-claim status a person of P.F. Office asked me that they transfer my p.f. Fund in my new job. But i want my P.F. withdrawal . They force only for transfer. So plz suggest its mandatory to transfer or not . P.F. Account no.TH/THA/0200074/000/0000784

Its a good scheme to transfer your PF to the new employer instead of opening a new account. If still you insist on, please write into the PF Authority at the EPFO informing that you would like to withdraw as you are not joining any employer at this time. Go to the PF office directly and speak to them with the letter. I hope they would let you know when they'd process the release of your payment.
