Dear Seniors, can any one guide me rules/norms to create a salary structure. Means the % of basic , DA, Fringe benefits,etc to be allocated. Regards, gupta.

Hi Guptaji,
Normally the following practices industries follow;
Basic: 40-50% of CTC
HRA: 40-50% of Basic
Conveyance: Rs. 800/- PM
Medical Reimbursemnt: 15000/- PA
LTA: One months Basic PA
Performance Bonus: 5-20% of Gross or CTC
PF/Gratuity as per the Act.
Sepcial allowance: Amount which can not be adjusted anywhere and to bring the salary at desired amount.
