Dear All,
This is Mohanapriya. I am going to join as a HR asst next month. Since iwas working as an Admin Executive i didnt know the actual works of HR.
The company i am going to join as a HR is a garment manufacturing company and it got a ISO certificate this month only.
I need to know all basic things what should maintain in a certified company. i know PF, ESI and basic amenities that will be provided to employees., other than that what should be maintained?? Pls clarify, i am the one who going to handle all HR activities..

Hi Mohanapriya
Apart from PF & ESI now being as HR you should check all the policies. IF no policies then you should prepare everything right from Recruitment, Leave management, Standing Orders, Dressing, IT policy, Security Policy, OT etc.
Those policies plays a vital role in HR.
Other than policies you should even see the attrition level & try to fix the same.
