Our company provide only 24 leaves per year.

Leave register is just for maintaining leave records so this is not to be combined with the compensatory off.
For compensatory off a separate register needs to be maintained. On holiday when any employee is asked
to attend office it is to be credited first in his account and whenever he/She avails, it is debited. This will
enable U to maintain a separate and clear cut record. This way U will also be able to control exercise over the
compensatory offs.
