Hi, I am not a HR person ... In the month of June was transferred to HR dept for conducting employee engagement activities . On 17th of this month i have been moved to recruitment . I observed my colleagues for 2 days and started working on recruitment. I wored on naukri and sourced profiles ... Called candidates and conducted telephonic interview. After that forwarded the profiles to the concerned department for face to face interview ...
I am asked to give a report on what i have done . As this is my 1st report on recruitment need your kind help please

In that case prepare excel sheet for the candidate details stating number of candidates you interacted over telephone. Number of candidates you interviewed, Their educational back grounds experience etc. source of selection. Who are the candidates selected from initial round. Then submit the same to the required personnles.
