Please let me know if the employee make changes in the Last name then what should we do?
in case of Female after marriage, and incase of male change in gazzate.
is this change will reflect the entire records of the employee.
i.e. Personal record file, Bank Account, PF accout etc.
Please provide your thought at the earliest.

Yes, if any Female employee changes her last name post her marriage then all the documents need to be changed accordingly i.e. Personal record file, bank account, Pan Card. For ensuring that the changes reflect she needs to submit a Affidavit stating that she.....got married to ............dated the lawyer can help draft the affidavit it needs to be on a Rs. 100/- stamp paper.
