Dear All,
We had a shop and establishment act survey at our Mumbai branch office. The have asked us to maintain the Form M, N & J. I am into recruitments and do not have much knowledge of the compliances part.
Can some one guide as to what are these forms for and how to maintain them?

Could you please confirm that if we are maintaining the Salary and Leave Details at Head Office, do we still have to maintain Form M & N at the branch office?
Secondly, we maintain attendance register specifying the in & out time at the branch. Is form J still essential to main the Opening and Closing hours?
