my previous employer has not paid gratuity to me even though the controlling authority under the gratuity Act has issued an order in my favour & has directed the employer to pay the same.
I have applied in form T for recovery of gratuity by the collector.
I fill that this also will not work in my favour & it is not practically possible to make follow-up with collector at New Delhi because I was working at Mumbai & even now I am based at Mumbai working with some other employer.
what is the remedy if the collector does not recover my amount or delays the recovery process.
The Mumbai branch of the employer is no more in existence.
