Dear friend,

There are always two sides to the coin. If you want to launch Bad Employees Database then what about "Bad Employers Database"? Why you want to project only one side of the coin forever?

Bad people are there everywhere. You should project them equanimously.

Gentleman look around. In India though there are "labour laws" these are just name sake. In all practical purposes, these are "Employer Laws". Mr Vijay Mallaya of KF gets away by not paying to his pilots. Management of Maruti Suzuku India Limited (MSIL) can get away by paying just half or quarter salary to the contract workers. Same work, same number of working hours but regular workers get full salary and contract workers get the salary half or quarter salary!

Before termination of employee our constitution says that you should follow principles of natural justice. Yet MSIL was audacious to terminate 500 regular workers because of the "loss of faith".

The examples quoted here are very prominent. There are thousands of employers who throw labour laws to wind and do their business merrily.

In the face of ruthless exploitation of the workers, Dept of Labour keeps quite, Ministry of Labour keeps quite, industry bodies like FICCI or CII keep quite, national level organisations of HR professionals like NIPM or NHRD keep quite, lastly, the No 1 protector of the constitution i.e. Supreme Court does not want to take sue motto cognizance of the violation of the rights of the hapless employees. Now you want to join this bandwagon! Thank you very much and god bless you!

Dear Prasanna_Prabhu,
A human being is born as he has to be born.. Time, circumstances, situation & his environment in which he grows carves his character.
Moreover, a person may be good to you and bad to other. Views keep varying from person to person.
What you may seem bad may be good to the other... Judging one ownself is important than judging others...
After all you are only answerable to your own conscious..!!!
ALL THE BEST...!!

Bharghavi

Dear Ms. Prasanna_Prabhu,
I respect the decision that you were willing to take. It's just a phrase delineation which means words that matter the differentitation of what one speaks. When you say "Bad Employees" then also mention in which way they are BAD. On the Contrary, don't you think you should also have a data of "Good Employees" that cites in which way they are GOOD.
Sounds flippant, is it? What GOOD and BAD. Substantiate the thought process and sure there will be no difference pragmatically observed. We all are in such a society where we see vide variety of people with their thoughts and beliefs. If I think right today might be wrong for someone and vice-versa. We are certainly no one to judge other person. Mindsets alter "take it or leave it".
Request you to let us know as to what made you to put such a database in order. Would be interested to know from you. Awaiting your early response!!
