Sandeep here workin for a software company in the Talent acquisition team as a summer trainee....as a part of my research topic (TALENT ACQUISITION PROCESS AND ITS ANALYSIS) I have designed a questionnaire which will be given to the new joinees for their feedback which will form the basis of my data.
