In my organization an Employee has died, we have to settle his full & final settlement, His wife is the claimant. Since there is no other claimant our management have decided to settle the full and final and pay to his wife. But However, to keep the organisation free from the future liability, if at all it arise, we want to take an indeminity Bond from the claimant. I would request if any one has the format of the indeminity bond please send the same to us.
