Hi Madhura
After submission of claim forms just give the copy if acknowledgement slip to the employee. Later let them follow-up. If you have time then you else Y do we have to take risk and follow-of of those?

Dear Madhura,
Employers are required to provide the supporting documents for PF withdrawal process. PF forms like formno. 10c and 19 are required to be filled up by the candidate and should be attested by the employer. Post which the followup can be done by both or either parties. It is always good to have information on the pf to provide any further assistance to left employees.

Hi,
Thank you for your guidance. As are doing the same , as we are completing the formalities within the time limit and in a proper submission of documents which is required by Pf authorities for withdrawal. But X-employee were never keep a faith that we had done the proper formalities. They were blaming HR dept. for delay in getting their PF amount as 99% the delay is from Govt. Authorities.
Can we give their PF forms to them to submit to PF authority , so they follow up as their own?
Regards,
Madhura

Hi Madhura
Yes we can do even that. But before giving it is advisable to keep a copy of those for your reference too. It is common that it happens from govt. officials and we are gettting blamed. So even I changed as I use to give all the docs to employees only. Let them face the PF dept.
For sake of saving paper you shall scan and have soft copy.

But they think that as we are deducting the PF from their salary it's the responsibility of Management/HR dept. to give their money from PF dept.I think most of the employee in many of the organization are thinking the same.
Any ways I will also try to change this things at my end. Thank u MR.Jeevarathnam P.

Yes, Mr. Jeevarthnam, is true. To avoid any sort of discripencies, it’d be rather safe to keep the docs saved.

Dear madhuraparab,
As you said that the employees blame the HR Department as we Deduct the Pf from their salary so it is the responsibility of the HR department to get it cleared as soon as possible. At one end it is true as we know their transactions and the Process to get it cleared we have every details of the employee with us. In case there is delay we can guide them the simplest way to get it cleared as even one day we will be the X employee as per Organization. We the HR department are in touch with the concerned Department heads so a helping hand can be given but the whole responsibility cannot be taken.
