I have come to know that Form 9 is enough to send to P F Office instead of sending P F Form 5-10 and 2.
I want to understand this as I have came to know from org.'s sr. h.r. in Pune based org.
If anyone has P F form 9, do share.
Thank you.

Regarding my own query 22 views and no answered.
So I have found for P F Form 9- that this form is "Return of employees who are entitled and required to become members of the Employees' Provident Fund and Pension Fund. (Within 15 Days of coverage)"
As form 9 send within 15days of coverage of the Act, I still want to know more as established in 4 yrs back with p f coverage but this time sending form 9.

Well in my view PF Form 9 (Revised) is need to file as initial return to PF department , showing eligible employee’s list.

I agree with Mr. Nitesh as Form-9 (Revised) is just an initial return of employees who are entitle & required to become member of the EPF every year.
Whereas Form-5 & Form-10 will be generated & submitted along with the PF monthly challan as ECR from March 2012 onwards.
Form-2 will be submitted in hardcopy at regional office. But if anyone has not submitted Form-9 after the initial registration under PF then they can submit upto current year from the remaining PF account numbers.
Thanks & Regards

Form 9 of epf has to submit if the company is covered first time and should be within 15 days.
but the EPF Authorities may ask for this form as and when they required. This form contains the list of all the employees covered under the act right from first to last as on date
