One more thing I have to get clarified, if we fix notive period of 3 months for resignation, if failed Rs 3 lakhs as penalty is fixed, please suggest whether it will work out, or we can neglect to sign.

In my view, it won't work out upto that extent, but yes if it is covered under the Agreement then definitely one has to serve the agreement, but i think the amount fixed should be little less..

The notice period is little bit more, i think it should not be more than 1 or 2 months.. But if the package is good then you may go ahead with the agreement.
Because now a days, so many companies will be ready to pay your Bond amount if they require your services..
