4. Probationary or permanent
5. Leave Rule
6. Either it is transferable or not
7. Promotion Scheme
8. Confidentiality
9. Termination rule
10. Working hours/ day
11. Payment terms
12. Other rules & regulations
Any other that you/ your company may deem fit.
