I am a Training Manager and would like to initiate 'Kaizen - Continuous Improvement' in our company. I would like to create an online intranet facility wherein all the employees can login and file their Kaizens i.e. ideas that each employees has come up with, implemented and has been a success. so that we can keep a track as to how many successful Kaizens have been filed by each employee.
But for the same I need to mail the Intranet incharge informing about the same and marking a cc to our Vice President.
Please help me draft such a mail.

Well if you want to launch a CI definitely you would need an approval from the top management.
I hope you are good enough to draft a mail yourself but here are some points which you should add in your email
