my designation was agency manager in private life insurence company at india.in my job profile my duties to handle commission based agent.company was terminatted my service on behalf of forging customer signature in customer document.I want to know manager can go to labour court under workman catagory or not.

Firstly you were terminated on the grounds of forging if it's true or not it's a question of your Image please think twice.....Secondly you have capability to find a new job better than your x Employer go ahead and look for better prospective in terms of package & Job Profile.....As far of your question will manager be able to file a complaint against Employer i am not sure even i am looking for this question Raised by you Thanks for initiating this new Topic....
