Dear all
We know that poor handling (Rolling and throwing from the truck to ground) of Oxygen gas cylinder will lead to explosion. I am looking for inner diagram of the Oxygen gas cylinder to explain the above to all the employees. If anyone have the picture or photo or diagram, kindly share with me.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Raghu
Thanks for your reply. Actually i have got a information from one of my senior regarding poor handling of Oxygen gas cylinder. Oxygen will be in liquid state inside cylinder. It will become evaporate and expansion will occur inside while we rolling it. This is the reason for explosion. Normally Oxygen will not be filled 100% in cylinder and some empty space will be considered for this expansion. Moreover if you see the bottom of the gas cylinder, the shape will be bowl type. This is too safety design for expansion purpose. If you see the cylinder bottom with inverted bowl shape then it is ready for explode. I would like to explain this to all the workforce with some picture.
This is the information i got and i would like to share with our friends for those doesn't know. If any one knows further information please come forward and share your knowledge.
Regards
Vijay

Dear Vijay
The Simple Logic for the fire three ingredients are must. 1. Burning Substance (Fuel), 2. Air (Oxygen), 3. Heat.
In case if the cylinder falls from truck the cylinder will create heat and the pure compressed oxygen in the cylinder will induce the fire and the damaged nozzle will keep the cylinder to function as like Rocket and it will burst when some object obstruct the way. We must use proper trolley for loading, unloading and while stacking we must stack it in proper way.
