Dear DEV,
you are planning to join a dealership?
If you are planning to join dealership with service centre then you will get exposure to both factories act as well as shop and establishment act. which will help you in your career ahead.

Dear Dev,
Dealership is a small organization where in you will have to handle all aspects of HR, IT companies functioning is same but there are many employees who are in HR department and work will get distributed. Problem will be with recruitment as in dealership it will be technician , service advisors, sales consultant and in IT it will be java developer,QA Enigineer etc. But basic process will remain same everywhere.
with warm regards,
Trupti
