Can anyone help in drafting agreement between a manufacturing unit and agency in business of disposal of hazardous waste?
Also, what certifications from agency needs to be obtained by manufacturing unit?

Dear Hiten,
Usually these facilities are called COMMON HAZARDOUS WASTE TREATMENT STORAGE DISPOSAL FACILITY. ( CHWTSDF)
These facilities need to have State Pollution Control Board consent and CPCB approval.
Usually these facilities have their own agreement format which is to be signed by manufacturers while entering into agreement with them.
Once agreement is done, these facilities shall issue a Certificate of Membership to all their member industries.
