I need to calculate Full & Final Settlement for my Employees & i got the Final Settlement Sheet by saisrikanthhr date posted-29-6-2008, so in need clarification for the same In the Excel Sheet for Final Settlement-Dubai-there is the column for VISA & Gratuity Days,how do were take this??

Reg Gratuity u will have to follow the rules as per UAE employment law and accordingly u will have to calculate details you can get through the labour ministry or your consultant
Regarding visa, you will have to check the employees appointment terms and condition and what it states accordingly u will get the idea for visa fees to be charged or wayed away
No of days eligible means his working days and notice period same would be mentioned in the employees terms and condition of the employment
