We have observed that in industries mostly fire occurred due to loose electrical connections and wirings.Recently we have experienced a incident that due to loose/ improper earthing cable in Welding M/c,cable got burned due to overheating.Nothing happen and immediately cut -off the power supply from mains.Please share your valuable comments on such type of incidents.

We shall remember that minor fires are always be the causes of major fires.So, do not avoid such minor fires.

Pls sugest me that we have telescopic tower ladder with arrangement of manual winch and rope pulley,so as per factories act wheather third party certification required.
Can we allowed to work on telescopic ladder in tilted position?? Give us reason and share relevant documents.

Dear Ajay,
It must be certified by third party as per factories act Lifting Machines, Chains, Ropes, Lifting Tackles (Section 29 of Factories Act 1948) I hope Telescopic ladder must comes under this section.
It's totally unsafe to use telescopic ladders in tilted position its was clearly addressed on manufacturer instruction / manual. In 2008 ford company has banned Telescopic ladder in their sites due to continuous accidents not only ford company most of MNC company's has banned telescopic ladder in India.
