hello seniors,
i need your suggestion on the issue:
i am working in a training institute and my company do not deduct any pf or esi , what should the salary slip format format, please help me with some suggestion , we are paid on the basis like monthly salary : Rs 15000/- days in month:30 present : 28 then salary will be: 15000/30 * 28= Rs 14000/-
pleas help with some formats.

Hi Mala Is there any PT deduction? If no any deduction then there won’t be any particular format for payslip. You can just avail Salary certificate. That will solve your requirement :)

Yes Even salary certificate can be considered as employee proof. Salary certificate is as good as Pay Slip. Along with salary certificate you can provide Appoitment letter also. :)

Dear Mala Your method of calculation is correct if working day is 30. If 31 it should be divided by 31 If 29 or 28 divided by 29 or 28 With regards V.SUBBARAO 9841103098
