Please help us, we our now looking for a sample of notice of end of contract. He is a probationary employee, whose contract will expire on May 15, 2012, we the HR Team, received a verbal notice from his superior that his contract will be end by May 15, 2012. This is the first time that our company will have to end a contract of an employee that is why we do not have any existing template for Notice of End of Contract.

Notice of non-regularization must be done at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the probationary employment. This is to give the employee some time to look for new employement. It should be done formally and in writing.
You might be facing an illegal termination case if you fail to observe the 30 day notice rule. In my experince, the NLRC, as a penalty requires the eering company around Php 10,000.00 (nominal damages).
