dear sir, what is the procedure to renewal of factory act license?

•submit an application in form no.2 in duplicate to the chief inspector for renewal of license

the application should be submitted within 2 months from the date of the expiry of license

the application should be accompanied by original license

treasury receipt showing the payment of license fee

the license fee shall be same as the fee paid during grant of license

if the application is not submitted within the time specified an excess of 25% fee has to be paid

if it is a government factory a contingent bill signed by the drawing officer shall be sufficient proof of payment of the amount specified in the bill
if the application is made in accordance with the rules ,the premises shall be held to be duly licensed until the chief inspector renews the licence

Dear Sunil, I presume the question is out of accademic interest. However, if you have been running a factory without the license being renewed it is a grave offence. Hence the Haryana Factory Rules shall be looked into for knowing the statutory requirements and they have to be complied.

It totally depend on organization on policy, there is no specific rule and regulation for such , but some of state has specific rule for leave,If you belongs to haryana then you can refer the state rule for same.
