Dear All.
My query is that is it possible to get the salary from the employer with zero or NIL deduction?
I am working in a small firm with 5 employees.I am getting 18,000 Per Month in hand.I am not letting my employer to either deduct ESI or PF from my salary.
Is it a right practice?
Please suggest.

Hi Moshin If your firm is registered with PF then its better to avail PF contribution. Anyhow ESI is not applicalble to you. I Hope even PT deduction is mandatory for your salary

Dear Jeevarathnam,
My firm is not yet registered for PF.and even i don't want to get it deducted from my salary.
Will this create a bad impact for my next future employer?
Secondly, Please tell me about PT Deduction.

HI,
Your gross salalry is more than 15000, so ESI is not applicable in your case. In case of PF, your company is not legaly bound to deduct PF. So its absilutely fine go have your salary all cash in hand.
Thanks
Yogital

Dear Mohsin
You are liable for PT deduction of RS 2500 p/a as your salary is above Rs. 10000.
PT Slabs are ;
Below Rs 5000---- Nil
Rs 5000- Rs 10000 ---- Rs 175 Per Month
Above Rs 10000 --- Rs 200 for all months & Rs 300 in the month of March
Hope this will clear ur doubts.
