I am new to HR field, Now my employer asked me to prepare a salary survey.
Our company is in Cochin,(Kerala,India) based on software development and BPO and our employee strength is 35.
I am attaching an excel sheet with some details, those who can help with please fill the details it will help me alot to prepare my salary survey.
I have to finish it end of March 2012.
Please help me to solve this.
