Dear All, We as a contractor had applied for a labour license for 20 labours,before receiving the labour license from the concerned authority our contract with PE was terminated due to some reason. Now we want to apply for refund of the Security deposit, that we had deposited while applying for the same.

Please collect the Form VI-B (Completion of Job Certificate from PE) and prepare Form VI-A (Completion of Job Certificate from Contractor) attach the Copy of Security Deposit Challan which was paid initially and subsequently while enhancing the Labour Strength and attach the Original Labour License. Handover the above documents alongwith a covering letter to the License Issuing Authority. Further the Licensing authority will forward the same to Treasury for release of fund. On release of fund from treasury, the Licensing Authority will issue a check after deducting about Rs. 100/- or some nominal amount.
