hello,everybody i m neha pursuing MBA i m doing my training in an I.T. company n looking after recuritment ,i hav to make my project on recruitment n slection , here recruitment take place by registered portal .pls help me in project , what should i include in my project .should i include any sort of questionnare .pls give guidance.

You can do a project on Evaluation of selection proccedure followed by the organisation and can make it a comparitive study with other organisations. You can also do a detailed study of various sources of recruitment and their effectiveness in terms of their output.
You can also include a questionnaire in these.
