Now a days companies asking to register in NSR website.If i register in NSR website is it possible for me to change my resume in future?or will it create problem in future?.for example if i want to remove a company from my profile where i worked for very short period of time.will that create problem in future because i registered in NSR?

Yes, you can change your data in your profile, their are certain edit links as you can change your address, contact resources, can add new professional qualification as in education or experience.
