now i am confused what should i have to do ...
the idea of Private hostel is old or not innovative as some of friend said..
now question is that what is worthily for me either i go for research work or go for business plan ?????

Dear Pawan Kumar.
Why do you want to prepare a business plan fr a Private Hostel? Do you have someone's previous work as an example?
If your teacher has suggested research work. it's better to do that.
Have a nice day

Dear Pawan,
You can build a prototype model of your hostel by using thermocol sheets & other material, So now showing this prototype model you can represent business plsn of hostel management & relevant policies (with area of improvements in your current hostel)...
This will help you to demonstrate a live project with prototype model and will look unique as it consists of both the Business Plan as well as Live model...
Regards,
Sangani
