This is Vivek from Bangalore, I am working as a Recruitment Executive in Cmmi Level 5 company in Bangalore. I have around 3+yrs of exp in recruitment field from the day one I am facing a same problem I make around 6 to 8 offers in a month but only 3 or 4 person joins.
Can some one help me after I release the offer what should I do to get the candidates on board. It has become difficult for me. :(
