I am little bit confused regarding Payment Of Bonus Act 1965 according to that minimum Bonus payable is 8.33%. But one recent amendment is there according to that minimum bonus payable is 11%. Please guide me its urgent.

Bonus Act is not yet amended. See various discussions on this topic. It is still the same. The Bill is not yet passed in Parliament.
