PF Claim Not Received

I Claim the PF in 2010 June,In July I received one Cheque,the another one we not received till date.I give the affidavit in PF office in Sep'2010,but they told we are not received,after that we give the application with Bank Pass Book regarding the cheque was not received. till today I not received that What I Can Do , Please suggest me.
