hi i have applied to change my name in my pan card but more then 9 month is passed and nothing happened to it and now i have lost my pan card .so what should i do

Hi, Both ways you can apply for duplication PAN card and there is no need to worry about anything. Go to your near and local PAN Authority/Office and fill the form and complete the formality. You have to pay Rs. 95 for this and within 15 dyas, your New/Duplicate PAN card will be delivered to you.

Dude you just need to go to your PAN CARD authority/Karvy office for whatever you want or change in data. And if you wanna make the changes in address of yours, you have to attached the relevant document of proof of this change and if you will not provide the same, the request will not be processed for this change but you will get your new duplicate PAN CARD with the same old data.
