Our employees are our precious assets. We have to take care of our trained employees. Their mind and body should be healthy for excellent and efficient performance.
Many are not aware that their employees are prone to unknown psychic attacks with the result they allow them to become mentally and/or physically ill temporarily or permanently. Ultimately, the organization lose its precious assets.
