Difference Between SAP HR Consultant And SAP HCM Consultant

Hello everyone,I am new on this site. I wanted to know what is the difference between SAP HR and SAP HCM consultant. Can anyone tell me whether both have same job descriptions or not.

sap HR is 4.7 version
where as
SAP HCM is 6.0 ECC version
there are few topics which are difference b/w these two version
