I recently resigned from one company from UAE and came back to india.I got a
valid UAE Employment visa in my hand,but i haven't travelled yet. I got another offer from another UAE company.I am still in India, can i go to UAE again without old employment visa cancel.Can i go to other GCC countries,Please reply urgent.

Yes,you can go and inform to Embassy with proof of evidence of joining new company and get a certificate of employment from your current employer.
There is some fee applicable to new employer,please rethink about fee and discuss with your current employer.

If you have completed more than 2 years then NOc not required you can join other company once you cancelled you visa.
There are 2 types of visa in UAE one is employment visa & freezone visa if you were holding free zone visa in this case you can join immedately but visa canellcation is required at any cose.
If you stays more than six month outside the country then you visa will get cancelled automatically. In this case you passport does not hold the cancellation. So some one has to go in the Emigration at Airport and get the cancellation seal in your passport then you can travel in other visa

I am giving more details on this.I came back from Dubai with the right procedure.my company cancel my residence visa and I got the canceled stamp in my passport.after came back india I got an employment visa but I donn't want to go in that visa because I got another good offer from another Dubai company.can I get visa for my new offer.please advise me.

I got one job offer in Dubai. I've received my employment Visa as well. But because of my family problem, I am unable to join that organization in Dubai. Could you please let me know, what happens to that employment Visa. Is there any ban on me, if I am unable to join?

Hi Sir,
I visited Dubai 2 months back on a visit visa. I got a job in a TPSA, signed offer letter and employer asked to join immediately on visit visa itself saying they will apply for the visa from there itself and get my labour approval.
I finished my training and got my visa however they said I need to complete the exit formality so I came here.
During my work at TPSA I have encountered severe unprofessional behaviour and very disturbed with the job profile. I have not returned back due to confusion and my family after saying the job profile has advised to stay back.
On the other side I have received mail from the company that they are cancelling my visa and putting a long term ban.
I want to check if I am entitled for a ban.?
I haven't visited Dubai with the employer visa that is issued to me..
