but i honestly feel that there is something more beyond praising.....hardwork and dedication and determination....
i feel a person who is sluggard or wants to get recognised easily without hardwork....tries to perform arthi.. this is only with superiors i mean and boss... in general genuinely praising people is good attitude but constantly doing it leads to headweight....
