Can you please tell me the differences in between human resource management and personal management?

Dear ,
PM : was more towards the employee welfare.
HRm : aligining the individual goals tp the organisational goals , in such a way that when the individual goes to achieve his personal goals orgnisational goals are acheived at the longer run.
Eg: A faculty of an academic institute enrolls for Ph.d , as an individual she get her Doctrate ...and the orgnisation get a Professor......
I shall try to forward a detailed note on a PM v/s HRm and HRD.
